The complex will have more than 100 luxury homes, consolidating itself as the group’s most ambitious project and redefining the high-end residential offer in Tenerife.
Grupo Médano has officially presented its biggest bet to date: Residencial MarinaGolf Tenerife, an ambitious real estate development in Amarilla Golf, San Miguel, which represents an investment of more than 60 million euros. The presentation took place today, Friday, November 15, at The Club restaurant, and brought together various personalities from the real estate and financial sectors, as well as municipal representatives. With more than 100 homes of different categories, this complex promises to be a benchmark of quality and luxury on the island.
Fernando Vega, CEO of Grupo Médano, highlighted the relevance of the project during his speech: “It is the culmination of a trajectory marked by projects that cover the whole island and different markets, from VPO housing to luxury complexes. But MarinaGolf is special: it is a product that elevates Tenerife’s image, competing in quality with cities like Marbella and offering options from apartments to super-luxury villas.” According to Vega, this development contributes to diversifying and improving the island’s tourist and residential offer, focusing on a demanding public that seeks exclusivity.
The event included the projection of a stunning 3D video showing what the final result of the complex will look like. In addition, attendees were able to admire a two-meter model that facilitated the understanding of the ambitious architectural design. In the words of the main architect, the project combines modern elements with the natural environment, standing out for its sustainability and its integration with the golf course and the sea.
Among the attendees were Óscar Izquierdo, president of FEPECO, and strategic partners of Grupo Médano, such as José Jiménez. Óscar Izquierdo praised Grupo Médano as an exemplary company, capable of overcoming challenges and executing emblematic projects: “We are proud to have companies like Grupo Médano in the Canary Islands. Not only do they deliver quality, but they are also committed to sustainability and modernity in construction. This project in Amarilla Golf is a clear example of how we must continue to move forward as a society.”
The San Miguel de Abona Town Planning Councilman, Rafael Baute, and the Tourism Councilwoman, Laura Paiz, were also present, supporting the project as an engine of economic development for the area. The involvement of the City Council highlights the importance of having initiatives that promote sustainable growth and a differentiated tourist offer.
In addition to MarinaGolf, Grupo Médano continues to develop other projects throughout the island. Vega highlighted developments in Guía de Isora, Adeje and the iconic Diario de Avisos Building in Santa Cruz. He also mentioned its strong presence in Granadilla, with several developments in El Médano, consolidating its leadership in the Canary Islands real estate sector.
The future of Grupo Médano is full of promise. According to Fernando Vega, diversification and quality are the keys to its success: “We don’t just build homes, we build dreams and quality of life. Our commitment is to continue offering exceptional products and to contribute to the economic and social development of Tenerife.” The presentation concluded with an atmosphere of enthusiasm, making it clear that MarinaGolf Tenerife is just the beginning of a new era of luxury and exclusivity on the island.
